Defrost the cooked Lobster tails as described below.
Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Stir-fry the garlic and butter for 2 minutes in a pan or stewpot.
Add the Rock Lobster for 2 to 3 minutes and sprinkle with garlic butter using a tablespoon. Remove from heat, add the parsley and mix everything.
Add salt and pepper. Immediately serve the lobster tails whole or cut in half, lengthwise.
