  • 240 g of rice mix (2 cups)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 watermelon radishes
  • 6 to 8 whole hazelnuts
  • Hazelnut oil or argan oil
  • Salt and pepper

    Defrost the Tuna steaks as described below.

    Cook the rice. Finely chop the red onion and hazelnuts. Thinly slice the radish.
